  • Memorial Tikkun for the Deceased

The Tikkun always helps elevate the soul from its current level to a higher one. Therefore, it is always good to perform it, even multiple times. It does not matter when the person passed away. In certain cases, the Tikkun must be done urgently. The Rabbi writes that if a deceased appears in a dream to a relative with a sad face or worn and torn clothes, it is a sign they are suffering and waiting for help. In such cases, the Tikkun should be performed immediately, until the soul appears in a dream with a radiant face and whole garments.

The prayer of the Shlah is the prayer of the fathers for the sons that they should succeed in their deeds and find a kosher and decent match • A time of favor to say it is on the eve of Rosh Chodesh Sivan, a month in which [the] Torah was given, for then we are called sons to Hashem our L-rd.

  • The Segula (Spiritual Remedy) of Rabbi Chaim Palagi for the Holiday of Shavuot & More

"On the eve of Shavuot one shall set aside: 91 perutot [small copper coins] and complete [it] until the amount of 2 times Ben (104) and give them to a Torah scholar who is poor and humble. And it is a rectification for the sin of Adam the first man, and the sin of the Golden Calf, and for the blemish of the covenant [purity], and it is a remedy for those who are childless, and brings closer the Redemption."

Verses of Thanksgiving for Hashem's Guarding Over Us Throughout All the Years of the Bitter Exile:

·  "Give thanks to Hashem for He is good, for His kindness is everlasting."

·  "Let the redeemed of Hashem say [it], whom He redeemed from the hand of the adversary."

·  "And gathered them from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the sea."

·  "And He remembered His covenant for them, and relented according to the abundance of His kindness."

·  "And He gave them for mercy before all those who took them captive."

·  "And yet even this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I did not despise them and I did not reject them to destroy them, to break My covenant with them, for I am Hashem their L-rd."

·  "Give thanks to Hashem for He is good, for His kindness is everlasting."

Until they return and request:

Please, Hashem, full of mercy, have mercy now upon us, and place in our heart and in the heart of all Your people Israel to return to You in truth and with a whole heart, as one man with one heart. And they will seek You, Hashem our L-rd, and the kingdom of the House of David Your Messiah, and the Great and Holy House upon which Your Name is called over us, as it is written:

Until they return:

·  "Afterward, the children of Israel shall return and seek Hashem their L-rd and David their king,  and they shall come trembling to Hashem and His goodness in the end of days." (Hoshea ch. 3)

·  "Hashem, L-rd of Hosts, return us; cause Your countenance to shine, and we shall be saved."

·  "And hasten to redeem us a complete redemption for the sake of Your Name."

·  "Will You not return and revive us, so that Your people may rejoice in You?"

·  "Save us, Hashem our L-rd, and gather us from the nations, to give thanks to Your holy Name, to be exalted in Your praise."

·  "To love Hashem your L-rd, to listen to His voice, and to cleave to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days, to dwell upon the land that Hashem swore to your forefathers, to Avraham, to Yitzchak, and to Yaakov, to give to them."

The Three Requests:

Kingdom of Heaven:

Our Father, our King, reveal the glory of Your kingdom upon us quickly, and appear and be exalted over us in the eyes of all the living, and You, Hashem our L-rd, shall reign quickly, alone, over all Your works on Mount Zion, the dwelling place of Your glory, and in Jerusalem, Your holy city, as it is written in Your holy words: "Hashem shall reign forever, your L-rd, O Zion, for generation to generation. Halleluyah."

Kingdom of the House of David:

Master of the Universe, behold we know that You choose the son of Yishai. And so, gladden us with Eliyahu the prophet, Your servant, and with the kingdom of the House of David Your Messiah; may he come quickly and our heart will rejoice, as it is written: "And My servant David shall be king over them, and there shall be one shepherd for all of them; and in My ordinances they shall walk, and My statutes they shall keep and perform them. And they shall dwell upon the land that I gave to My servant, to Yaakov, in which your fathers dwelt; and they shall dwell upon it, they and their children and their children's children forever, and David My servant shall be a prince for them forever." (Yechezkel 37)

Building of the Holy Temple:

" Now therefore, O our L-rd, hearken unto the prayer of your servant, and to his supplications, and cause your face to shine upon your sanctuary that is desolate, for the master's sake.." (Daniel 9) "You will arise and have mercy on Zion, for it is time to favor her, for the appointed time has come." Build Your House as in the beginning, and establish Your Sanctuary upon its foundation, and show us its building, and gladden us in its restoration. And return Your Divine Presence (Shechinah) into it, and return the Priests to their service, and the Levites to their song and their music, and return Israel to their habitations. And there we will ascend, appear, and prostrate ourselves before You during the three times of our pilgrimage festivals. And we will thank You with a new song for our redemption and for the deliverance of our soul. Blessed is Hashem forever, Amen and Amen. "May the expressions of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before You, Hashem, my Rock and my Redeemer."

Acceptance of the Yoke of the Kingdom of Heaven:

·  Hear, O Israel: Hashem is our L-rd, Hashem is One.

·  In a whisper: Blessed be the name of the glory of His kingdom forever and ever.

·  Hashem, He is the L-rd. [7 times]

·  Hashem reigns. Hashem has reigned. Hashem shall reign forever and ever. [2 times]

Prayer to Request the Redemption from Our Rabbi, the Holy 'Ohr HaChaim':

May it be the will before You, our Father, our King, our L-rd, the beloved light of our soul, our spirit, and our neshamah —for the sake of Your covenant which You sealed for the Thirteen Attributes [of Mercy] which never return empty from before You—remember our love and our affection, and return Your Divine Presence (Shechinah) to our Holy House, and return to delight in us as in days of old. For Your separation from us is as difficult as the separation of our soul from our body. Our innards yearn, and our soul wastes away for the redemption of Your Divine Presence and for the dwelling place of Your holiness, and for Your favor, Hashem, we long. Behold, we are supplicating and weeping before You, Hashem, the Merciful Father, over the exile of the Divine Presence. Make it known, Hashem, Your Divine Presence, and bind our soul to Your pleasant love, which is sweet to our soul, and may our King enter into His Temple sanctuary.
