Prayer for a Zivug for a young man by Rabbi Chaim Yosef David Azulai (the Chida)
Merciful Father. May it be Your will, Hashem our L-rd and L-rd of our forefathers, that You be filled with mercy for me, and arrange for me my soulmate who is fitting for me and worthy of me since the six days of Creation, for length of days and years of life.

Master of the Universe, in Your kindness You formed Your world and created man, and made for him a helper, and sanctified us with Your commandments and commanded me to marry a woman and to father children; blessed is the Creator of man, who created everything for His glory.
And yet, great is my pain, fear and trembling come into me, because I am afraid for myself lest my sins cause a bad woman to come my way who is not my soulmate and is not fitting for me, and lest another precede me in taking my soulmate, and it will be necessary to displace one soul because of another soul, Heaven forbid.
Therefore, I have come with a broken and crushed heart to cast my supplication before You, Merciful Father. May it be Your will, Hashem our L-rd and L-rd of our forefathers, that You be filled with mercy for me, and arrange for me my soulmate who is fitting for me and worthy of me since the six days of Creation, for length of days and years of life.
And may my soulmate be a woman of valor, who fears Hashem, possessing good intellect, possessing good character traits, possessing good deeds; and may she not be miscarrying or barren, nor possessing a blemish, but rather complete in everything and successful in everything, in a way that I will be able to perform the holy service without any distraction.
And do not take me from this world before my time, and do not displace me because of any person in the world.
Almighty who is full of mercy, who settles the solitary into a home, merciful, gracious, guardian, supporter, deliverer, just, redeemer (acronym 'Reish', 'Chet', 'Shin' and 'Tav', 'Mem', 'Yod', 'Pei')—help me for the sake of the glory of Your Name. Do for the sake of Your abundant mercies, and for the sake of our holy forefathers: Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yisrael (Israel) Your servants, and for the sake of Moshe and Aharon, Yoseph and David, and for the sake of all the righteous and the pious ones—may their merit shield us and may they advocate for us.
Do for Your sake, not for our sake; do for the sake of Your Name; do for the sake of Your right hand; do for the sake of Your Torah; do for the sake of Your holiness. Favor me and answer me and hear my prayer. For You hear the prayer of every mouth; blessed is the One who hears prayer.
May the expressions of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart be acceptable before You, Hashem, my Rock and my Redeemer.
