Everything is according to the preparation in the month of Elul
As our Sages said: Friday (the sixth day) — represents the foundation (Yesod). It prepares for the Sabbath, which represents Kingship (Malchut). The same applies: the sixth month — is the month of Elul. It prepares for the seventh month, which is akin to the Sabbath, the month of Tishrei.
We are approaching the great and awesome Day of Judgment.
This week is Parshat Re'eh ("See").
Re'eh (ראה) — is an acronym for: Re'eh (ראה - See), Elul (אלול - Elul), Higi'a (הגיע - Has arrived). Contemplate it, see that Elul has already arrived.

If you prepared on the sixth day, which corresponds to the sixth month — the month of Elul: if you prepared yourself, repented, and rectified your actions;
If you begin to repent, reflect on your deeds, make corrections, accept upon yourself the yoke of the Kingdom of Heaven, and turn back to Hashem —
Then you have it: on the Sabbath day, the seventh day — Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, during this month good decrees are decreed for you for the entire upcoming year; you receive the whole year.
If a person prepares — he receives. Everything is according to the preparation.
